Bay Pathways provides a supportive, alternative education environment for rangatahi aged 13–16 who need something different from mainstream schooling.
We work alongside young people to rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and develop the skills they need for life. Our approach is flexible, relationship-based, and tailored to each learner — recognising that every rangatahi has their own strengths, challenges, and pathway forward.
Through a mix of literacy and numeracy, life skills, hands-on learning, and real-world experiences, we create opportunities for students to succeed in a way that works for them. We focus not just on education, but on wellbeing, connection, and helping young people feel seen, capable, and supported.
